Returns

At B4mstore, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via e-mail at care@b4mstore.com or call our customer service team.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused and in their original packaging. The request for returning the item must be made within 24 hours of delivery due to the perishable nature of some of our products.

Return Process

Upon receiving your return request, we will inspect the returned items. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Refund Process

a. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the return is approved.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@b4mstore.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
