Welcome to B4M Store, home of the ‘6Flavors’ brand, where tradition meets taste in every blend lovingly crafted. At the centre of this culinary journey is Kuppammal Subramanian, fondly known as "Avvai Kuppu", whose life story is a beautiful blend of resilience, tradition, and the rich culinary heritage of Tamil Nadu.
Raised in a humble village, Avvai Kuppu spent her life perfecting recipes passed down through generations - each one rooted in health, simplicity, and authenticity. After retirement, instead of resting, she decided to channel her passion for cooking into a meaningful venture that could touch people’s lives.
With a small team of empowered local women and the support of her family, she launched ‘6Flavors’, a range of traditional South Indian podis made in small batches using age-old methods, quality ingredients, and lots of love.
Every spoonful of ‘6Flavors’ reflects her values - purity, honesty, and the belief that good food brings people together.
My beginnings
Triumphs and Trials: As I grew, my journey was marked by significant personal trials, including a poignant longing to become a mother—a journey that would test and affirm my resilience over 12 years. The joy of finally embracing motherhood was intertwined with the sorrow of losing my brother and his wife, leading me to adopt their orphaned child. Through these moments, my life gained layers of love and commitment.
