Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused and in their original packaging. The request for returning the item must be made within 24 hours of delivery due to the perishable nature of some of our products.
Return Process
Upon receiving your return request, we will inspect the returned items. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
